All cables between TV's are Cat5 type with virtually no loss of signal. 
The Master collects and transfers the signal to Cat5, at the other end a slave unit is fitted to convert it back to Scart.
There are several options in between:
1) The Milestone Smart Scart will automatically select 1 of 4 Video sources IE: Sat / DVD / Freeview and or VCR (No need for Master) the Cat5 cable then supplies to the slave unit feeding one TV at the other end.
2) The Hub can be used to feed up to 8 other TV,s NB: At each TVeach a slave unit will need to be fitted to convert the Cat5 back to Scart.
3) The Smart Blaster can be used to control the equipment selected.
