TV link is designed to allow the remote control to change channels from any other room where the Sky digital channel is also being viewed. It is inserted at the end of the extension cable in between the coax plug and the back of the TV, the power source is obtained from the RF2 socket on the Digibox. To activate the TV link press the "services" button on the Sky handset, then "System Set up", tap in the installers code being "0,1,select" go to RF Outlets and switch the RF2 outlet on. A small red light will glow on the TV Link to confirm that it is connected. They are very easy to fit and should only take 5 minutes at the most.
