Sky Plus Receivers
These are for people wanting a lot more out of their Sky digibox. The Sky + box certainly does that, it incorporates an internal 80Gb hard disc which enables you to pause live TV or record one programme while watching another. You can even instruct the receiver to record episodes from your favourite series, all this without the use of videotapes. The onscreen menu is very easy to use, simply highlight the channel you wish to record and press the record button. It will automatically record at the time the programme starts, plus if you have instructed it to record several other programmes at different times it will record those as well.
Options are available for a 4 output LNB, these will fit onto most Sky satellite dishes and are essential to supply 2 satellite feeds to the Sky plus receiver. If you are simply replacing your Sky plus or already have a Twin or 4 output LNB, the option will not be needed.
Supplied complete with Power lead, Remote control, batteries, fly lead, telephone lead and instructions.
NB: The additional £10 per month charge imposed by Sky is not applicable providing you are subscribing to any Sky package. They will only charge £10 per month if you use a Freesat card (No subscription)
To activate your existing subscription card in the new Sky + receiver telephone Sky, they will pair the card up with the new receiver and switch on the recording facilities. NB: Due to our Authorised Sky Agent status we can only deliver these receivers to UK addresses.
